Refund policy

At Unity Island Candle Co., we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.

We accept return requests within 30 days of your delivery date.

We offer exchanges and store credit for eligible items. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products, the following cannot be returned: used candles, wax melts, or car diffusers; items damaged through misuse; and final sale items.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.

Return shipping costs are determined on a case-by-case basis. If the issue is on our end (wrong item, defective product), we’ll cover return shipping. If you’ve changed your mind, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

In accordance with TikTok Shop policy, orders valued at $20 or under may be automatically refunded without requiring the item to be returned.

If you purchased through TikTok Shop and are unable to resolve an issue directly with us, you may raise a case with TikTok Shop within 90 days of your delivery date through their Buyer Protection Program.
